Bo Tien Welfare Services Society is a Non Profit and Voluntary Welfare Organization, granted with an Institution of Public Character status by Charities Unit, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. The fund solely depends on public donations and the management committee is formed by a group of committed volunteers.
