Bo Tien Day Activity Centre for the Elderly

Initiated by MCYS and the Centre was officially declared open on 17/4/1999.

Location at Blk 125 Pending Road.

Objective

Provide day care services for elderly living in Bukit Panjang, Woodlands and Bukit Gombak area.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Aged whose family income is below S$2,000 per month.
  • No charges are imposed to our clients.
  • Centre can accommodate up to 50 elderly. Sources of Supply
  • MCYS provide 50% pf the operation cost of the centre.
  • Donations thru general public.

Centre Activities

  • Exercises led by nursing aides.
  • Handicrafts.
  • Breakfast/Lunch/Tea breaks are provided.
  • Transportation provided.
  • Outing.
  • Health Checks.
